RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your born2Dress.com order, thus we will accept returns in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase of your order.  Returns will be in the form of a store credit only.  Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not provide return labels.   All items marked FINAL SALE, lingerie, bodysuits, Commando accessories, sale items, shoes, Hermant and Nandita, Elliat, Amanda Uprichard, We are Sundays, Karina Grimaldi, and jewelry cannot be exchanged or retuned at any time.  

STORE PICKUP

Orders placed for store pickup will be held for 14 days only. Please make arrangements to pick the order up in a timely manner. 

MAKING A RETURN

1.  Please make sure to securely pack and seal the return merchandise at the shippers expense.  We will not responsible for return shipment cost or postage.

Once Born2Dress.com receives the returned goods, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.  

EXCHANGES
